Fields of application: Roof waterproofing with bonded membranes
Description: The flat roofs on this retail unit were 20 years old, covered with asphalt and were leaking. Prior to new covering, all areas badly damaged were replaced and repaired to ensure the stability of the new roof structure. PUR rigid board insulation was then installed over a VCL followed by the full surface bonding of the KÖSTER TPO Fleecebacked membrane. KÖSTER Light Grey membrane was chosen for its solar reflective qualities.
